How This Started

Marlene Manning got into real estate 25 years ago after watching a close family friend undersell a San Jose home by a significant margin — not because of market conditions, but because their agent ran standard comps, picked a number in the middle, and called it done. That experience left a mark. It became the conviction behind every transaction since: the agent you choose doesn't just affect how the process feels. It directly affects the number on the closing document.

She built Nazare Realty Inc. not to scale, but to stay personal. Most brokerages grow by adding agents. Marlene grew by staying close to the work. Every client who has ever worked with her has spoken directly to her — not to an assistant, not to a buyer's specialist, not to a transaction coordinator. That model is intentional.
